AJ Brown believes in shared success. However, not everyone is meant to be in your life. Staying positive and love are the keys to success. “Your are the best gift that has ever happened to you”, is his slogan. After serving in the USAF as combat medic AJ Brown found himself in a horrible situation. His actions sent him to prison. The military diagnosed him with extreme PTSD that was never clinically managed the correct way. The three years AJ Brown was in prison were the best years of his life. He learned how to study who he is. There was no more noise to infiltrate his thoughts. He relized he is just the observer of his own thoughts. They do not define who is his. He wrote out his self image and did not let self limiting thoughts consume his life. After being released AJ graduated college and obtained two college degrees. One in electrical technology and the other in Project Management. He would not take no for an answer. There is an opportunity for everyone. He had a strategy and maintained his aligned goal. He took inspired action. Today AJ helps lead many people every day in mindset training at Quantum Society discord. He wrote his first book Aspire to Inspire. Currently he is working on his self help book series. The first of five books will be getting released soon. The title is Anxiety and Me. We all have anxious moments in our life. How do we handle the triggers? AJ believes, “Your mindset is everting”! So, take advantage at bettering your mindset. You can do this through meditation, journaling, prayer, discussion, reading, having an active lifestyle, or whatever makes you happy. Always remember find the good and everything.
